Es una prueba utilizada fundamentalmente en screening neonatal, o ante la sospecha de un problema auditivo, así como para el diagnóstico de determinadas patologías en adultos.
La prueba de Otoemisiones Acústicas es objetiva (no depende de la colaboración el paciente) y sirve para detectar la existencia de un problema auditivo, sin determinar el grado.
RV ALFA realiza:
- Otoemisiones Acústicas Evocadas (OAE).
- Otoemisiones Acústicas Transitorias (OEAT).
- Otoemisiones Acústicas Expontáneas (OEAE).
